perhaps it is a weekday night. The business is not as good, so
they don't take out so many supplies in case no one eats?
then it's the failure of the management to anticipate the
crowds, or they were cutting costs .....
there were lots of people milling around that area waiting for
claims and crab legs and mussels .... they keep bringing out the
snails which nobody eats .... while the crab legs were only
replenished every now and then .....
regardless, it was the patrons that were disgusting .... i
wouldn't be there for some time ....
